The focus of a Business Solutions Specialist is to provide the highest quality of communication services to new and existing business customers in the Charleston area and beyond. Responsibilities include promoting system and application based solutions, daily prospecting to maintain a robust sales pipeline and sustain balanced sales productivity, writing proposals, presenting proposals to customers, meeting monthly sales quotas, attending required training, providing consultative customer service and completing necessary business processes to ensure accurate service activation and billing.
